We would appreciate the opportunity to make the product perform to your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may return the product under the conditions that follow:
All missing or damaged items must be reported within three days of receipt of package for full refund.
Smile Line USA, Inc. offers a money back guarantee for the purchase price only (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) of all Smile Line products that have not been used and that are received back by Smile Line USA, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. If you are returning something that was ordered in error, or just don't want, you must ship the item back at your expense. If you need to return something that we sent wrong or otherwise we made a mistake on, we will mail you a return label (call tag).
Returns after (30) days of purchase are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Returns due to manufacturer defect/failure, overstock, order error, or just don’t want must adhere to these conditions:
• The product must be returned is in its original packaging, with all component parts
• You must have a RMA/RA number from Smile Line USA, Inc. whom you purchased the item with authorization
Refund Policy: Credits & Refund amounts will be credited to your account and automatically applied to your next order. Due to the high cost of processing credit card transactions we are unable to refund credits to your credit card. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of product and full inspection of items.
